Our goal is to help you deliver safe, compliant, and transparent NDIS services easily, while giving you and Participants flexibility, mutual choice and control, with platform efficiency.

Yes! Kynd offers a great way to simplify your NDIS admin hassles.
When you 'Bring Your Own' NDIS Clients to Kynd, you can enjoy all the normal Kynd inclusions at a reduced 7% platform service fee - you keep 93% of your agreed rates.

To get set up with BYO:
Once you're both verified, set up bookings together at the lower BYO 7% platform fee.
When accepting bookings via Kynd, you agree to only provide support services to NDIS Participants that are eligible NDIS support services, that you are skilled and competent to deliver, that you are insured to provide and that comply with NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Kynd handles all invoicing and payments, so you can focus on providing great support.
Your payments are sent fortnightly and include approved bookings up to the cutoff time.
Payments for approved bookings are also guaranteed.
This means you never have to chase invoices or debts (like you'd do if not using Kynd).
It's free to join Kynd and browse job posts.
You only pay a platform fee when you begin delivering supports booked on Kynd.
Our standard platform fee is 12%. You receive 88% of the booking total.
Our special ‘BYO’ platform fee is 7%. You receive 93% of the booking total.
Fees are automatically deducted from your payments that are processed by Kynd.
There is no platform fee for NDIS Participants.
This means you can retain either 88% or 93% of the rates you agree with Participants.
Verified Support Workers benefit from insurance cover for services with NDIS Participants.
This insurance cover is only available for bookings made, invoiced, and paid for via Kynd.

You can always also take out alternative and extra insurance coverages if you choose to.
You're responsible for managing your own tax and superannuation.
You're a Sole Trader and Independent ABN Support Worker on Kynd.
Kynd is not your employer, so we do not handle your tax and super.
Your working relationship is direct with NDIS Participants you support, not with Kynd.
