Everyone joining has agreed to the NDIS Code of Conduct and Kynd's Terms of Use.

Participants and Support Workers can mutually agree rates, services and schedules. 

Your Support Worker is your NDIS Provider and Kynd provides a platform service.

Yes! Kynd offers a great way to simplify your NDIS admin hassles.

Your Support Workers will get all normal Kynd inclusions PLUS the added bonus of keeping 93% of your agreed rates together, at Kynd's reduced BYO 7% platform fee.

As soon as we’ve verified both your profiles, you can set up your bookings together.

When making bookings via Kynd, you agree to only book NDIS eligible support services.

Support Workers will need to be skilled and competent in delivering your eligible services.

Support Workers on Kynd benefit from insurance during services with NDIS Participants.

Insurance is only available for bookings made, invoiced, and paid for via the Kynd platform.

You and/or your Support Worker may choose to take out extra insurance coverage if desired.

Kynd handles invoicing, collections, and payments for Independent Support Workers.

That's part of our service to them. It helps ensure their services are paid efficiently.

Payments are processed fortnightly and include approved bookings up to cutoff times.
